What Dutified is

Dutified is an AI-based testing tool, sold by Wyneid (company number [company number], registered address [registered address]). It uses AI models to simulate how different kinds of customer might read a communication.

What the results are

Test results come from synthetic AI agents, modelled to behave like customers. They are not human, and test results may vary a little each time a test is run. Dutified does not give legal, regulatory or compliance advice.

Who is responsible

Your organisation remains responsible for its communications, for its own judgement on them and for any decision to use, change or send them.

What you may upload

Only the words of your communications. Dutified does not ask for customer data. Personal details found in a communication are replaced with placeholders in your browser or on our server before any AI customer reads it. Take out anything about a real person that we miss.

Where the words go

Anthropic is a sub-processor: its Claude AI models play the AI customers and mark their answers. We send them the words of the communication, its subject line and preview text, and the key points, after personal details are replaced. Nothing about you is sent.

During the pilot the words go to Claude under the Dutified team's own Claude plan, not Anthropic's business service. How long Anthropic keeps them, and whether it may use them to train its models: to be confirmed before the pilot ends. Until then, test public, made-up or demo communications.

How long tests are kept

To be confirmed before the pilot ends. Until then, tests and results are kept. Your organisation can ask the Dutified team to erase a test's words.

A data processing agreement between your organisation and Wyneid is being drafted with the solicitor and has not been issued yet.
